I had a great week good balance, Saturday I race the racers/chasers
cx event out at
Cahuilla mx park, the turn out was a little better then the first race three pretty fast guys in my age group I ended up 4
th place all three of them were real close a couple of minutes ahead of me .I road a extra lap for training overall felt good but not great.Headed home and played with Taylor for a while before Amanda I went to her uncles house for dinner.That night after dinner we went out to
Pechanga Casino to meet up with a few of
Amandas coworkers had a good time out at the night club on the top floor of the casino.
Sunday morning got out early and did 2 hrs easy on the road bike before we headed back to
Amandas uncles house for a
barbeque . Her cousin the P A was in town for the weekend.
Tuesday got on the road bike for 1.75 hrs after work good ride around
Temecula.
Weds easy 1 hr spin with Amanda up bike path good therapy session much needed.
Thurs after work me and my partner from work went to a San
Diego Padres game he is a big fan and I have not been to that stadium before, we had a good time not much of a ground
compared to a Angels game though, we did get there on time to see the Cardinals hits a grand slam.
Friday morning I down loaded the course for the upcoming fat tire epic race out at Vail lake went out and recon the course
at least most of it the
gps stopped working towards the end of the course but overall I got to ride most of it. That night after Amanda got off work we headed to a Greek
restaurant first time for both of us and it even had some belly dancing.
Sat morning did the ca pools ride from
ie bikes fast group felt pretty good able to hang until approx warren rd turned around at the lake
entrance and road back with group.
ended up talking to Justin Mann a little real nice guy.
Sun woke up and took the bikes down to the San Luis Rey river bike path did a ride with Amanda to the beach and down to Carlsbad before heading over the Oceanside harbor were we ate some lunch before heading back to the car.
